Want to know what begins in only 243 days? The Iowa State Fair! Cool, huh? Excited yet? I am. But wait. It gets better. The 2011 fair is the 100th Anniversary of everyone's favorite Butter Cow. She's so cool (literally) her mug is even on the tickets for next year.
